Phillip A. Kopischke, President & CEO
Phil brings over 25 years of industry experience, including his career at SharePoint Credit Union since 2009. His professional background includes financial management, business banking and retail banking. Adept at adjusting to an ever-changing financial market, Phil offers financial insight and consideration to ensure SharePoint CU is recognized in the community as a leader, and remains safe, sound and strong both today and in the future. In his spare time, Phil enjoys golfing and biking.
Kerri Hiniker, SVP - Specialized Lending and Credit Policy
Kerri's career at SharePoint Credit Union began in 2013, with over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. A graduate of College of Saint Benedict, Kerri has expertise in business management and commercial real estate. Kerri enjoys finding the right products and services to help businesses and consumers achieve their financial goals. When she's not working, she enjoys playing golf, practicing yoga, and attending sporting events.
Kerri Cowden, VP - Member Services
Kerri has been in the credit union industry for over 20 years, including her career at SharePoint Credit Union since 2017. A graduate of South Dakota State University, Kerri has expertise in economics and mathematics. Kerri enjoys empowering SharePoint members, building lifelong relationships, and providing great service with custom solutions to fit the member's needs. When she's not in the office, Kerri enjoys cooking, reading, home improvement projects and spending time at the lake.
Megan Hammack, VP - Operations
Megan has been in the credit union industry for over 18 years, including her career at SharePoint Credit Union since 2013. She is a NAFCU Certified Compliance Officer and received her NCCO designation in 2019. She has a well-rounded background in credit union operations including compliance, training, fraud mitigation & system administration. Megan is passionate about the credit union philosophy of helping people, ensuring members have the tools and knowledge necessary to obtain financial wellness. She enjoys camping in the summertime and traveling to new places.
Paul Vork, SVP - Finance and Controller
Paul joined SharePoint Credit Union in 2016, coming with 13 years of previous banking and accounting experience. As a graduate of St. Mary’s University, Paul has expertise in accounting, financial analysis, and reporting. Paul enjoys gathering and analyzing data to help the credit union make well-informed decisions. He is passionate about being an advocate for the underserved and helping our members reach financial wellness. On Paul’s time off he enjoys gardening, renovating homes, restoring furniture, and traveling.
Jeff Thill, VP - Information Technology
Jeff has been working in the IT field with credit unions for over 5 years and before that over 15 years in the IT managed care arena. Jeff's advanced education and experience has brought SharePoint's IT resources to a level that make our members and employees feel confident in the securtiy of their data. Jeff is a go-getter and always looking for advancements to our systems and ways to make our members mobile and digital banking user friendly while maintaining a high level of security. Jeff enjoys hiking for relaxing and football season for action.
Brad Huegel, Mortgage Supervisor
Brad joined SharePoint Credit Union in 2015, bringing over 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry. A graduate of Saint Mary's University, Brad enjoys finding the best mortgage solution for every member, along with educating members on important topics to feel knowledgeable and prepared for the purchase or sale of their home. Brad enjoys biking, hiking, and taking advantage of the four seasons of Minnesota.
